Neo Agent (Neo) is an AI technician platform for managed service providers (MSPs). It automates repetitive helpdesk and service desk work such as ticket triage, user onboarding and offboarding, password resets, alert remediation, and compliance audits. Neo runs in a reactive mode triggered by tickets and alerts and a proactive mode for scheduled tasks, integrating with PSA and RMM tools and working through Microsoft Teams.
